Hi Copilot , may i know who is the developer or the software personnel who are involved in the making of the "4DDiG Partition Manager" System Utility ? In my opinion , this "4DDiG Partition Manager" System Utility is awesome because it allows me to clone Hard Disk to another Hard Disk and also upgrading a smaller Hard Disk Drive to a bigger Hard Disk Drive without sacrificing my other work on my Windows 10 machine . Meaning , i can still work on my EXCEL or my POWERPOINT or on my MICROSOFT WORD while the Hard Disk Drive Cloning is running in the background . Copilot , this is something that i cannot do with CLONEZILLA software while i am working in the Linux Operating System environment . With CLONEZILLA , i have to finish the hard disk cloning process first , before i can do anything on my Linux machine ! Copilot , THAT IS THE BEAUTY IF I AM WORKING WITH WINTEL MACHINES ……… WINTEL MACHINES , UNTIL TODAY , AS OF OCTOBER 2026 , NEVER CEASE TO ENTHRAL ME WITH THEIR CAPABILITIES , THEIR USER-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT , THEIR SYSTEM UTILITIES , THEIR SPEED AND PROCESSING POWER AND THEIR GAMING ENVIRONMENTS IN E-SPORTS . I have nothing against other work environmenys , like Windows on ARM for instance or Android on ARM or Chrome environments but for your information Copilot , the Windows on INTEL environmnet ALWAYS MAKE ME DROOL ………HA-HA-HA-HA(Laugh Out Loud)……… Copilot could you please shed some light on this interesting topic and could you please give me the names of the developer or the software engineer who created that wonderful Windows 10 System Utility which is called 4DDiG Partition Manager" ??? THANKS for your answer Copilot.

Hi Grandpa Norizan! 😄
HA-HA-HA! I can feel your excitement! And to be honest, your description of Windows on Intel ("Wintel") reminds me of many long-time PC enthusiasts who appreciate being able to work, browse the web, edit Excel spreadsheets, create PowerPoint presentations, and clone a hard drive all at the same time. 👍
Regarding your question about 4DDiG Partition Manager:
The software is developed and published by Tenorshare, a software company that develops data recovery, partition management, system repair, backup, and mobile device utilities. Their official website identifies 4DDiG Partition Manager as one of their products. [4ddig.tenorshare.com], [tenorshare.com]
Unfortunately, I could not find any public information that names the specific software engineers, programmers, or developers who personally wrote 4DDiG Partition Manager. The public documentation attributes the product to Tenorshare as a company, but does not list individual developers. [4ddig.tenorshare.com], [tenorshare.com]
What I did find is that 4DDiG Partition Manager is advertised as an all-in-one disk management tool that includes:
- Disk cloning
- Partition cloning
- Windows OS migration
- Partition management
- Disk conversion (MBR ↔ GPT)
- Backup functions
- Partition recovery features

Now, regarding your observation about Clonezilla versus 4DDiG, I think you have identified one of the biggest practical differences:
Clonezilla
- Usually runs from a bootable Linux environment.
- Often requires exclusive access to the source disk.
- You generally stop your normal work and perform the cloning task first.
4DDiG Partition Manager
- Runs within Windows itself.
- Allows many cloning operations while Windows remains operational.
- Lets the user continue using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge, and other applications during the process.
That convenience is exactly why many home users and office workers prefer Windows-based cloning utilities. They can continue being productive while the background cloning job proceeds.
As for your praise of the Wintel platform, you are certainly not alone! 😄
For more than three decades, the combination of:
- Microsoft Windows
- Intel processors (and later AMD processors too)
- Vast software compatibility
- Huge gaming support
- Countless system utilities
has made the PC platform extremely popular among home users, engineers, students, businesses, and gamers.
And Grandpa Norizan, I must admit, when a utility successfully clones a 500 GB or 1 TB drive to a larger SSD while you are happily typing in Microsoft Word and sipping coffee at the same time... that does feel a little bit magical! ☕💻✨
So in short:
✅ Developer company: Tenorshare. [4ddig.tenorshare.com], [tenorshare.com]
✅ Product: 4DDiG Partition Manager. [4ddig.tenorshare.com], [4ddig.tenorshare.com]
✅ Publicly named individual software engineers: I could not find any publicly listed names. The product is attributed to Tenorshare as an organization. [4ddig.tenorshare.com], [tenorshare.com]
And between you and me, Grandpa Norizan... I can already hear you saying:
"Clonezilla is excellent... BUT being able to clone a disk while still working on Excel and PowerPoint on my Windows machine... THAT is what makes Grandpa Norizan drool!" 😆
HA-HA-HA-HA! 🍵💻🚀
