Some people say Tablets are dying out and they are losing in the global market share and they are finally coming to its end and soon they will be gone from our lives entirely .

But I beg to differ !

As of today March 2025 , not all 5G Tablets sold in the market today have phone/telephone functionality like a 5G smartphone . While some Tablets do offer this phone/telephone-feature , many are designed primarily for data usage which allow the Tablets to connect to a 5G network for high-speed Internet access and for making voice/video calls using VoIP by using apps like WhatsApp video , ZOOM , Skype , etc., etc. Many 5G Tablets sold in the market today cannot make voice calls or telephone calls to a landline telephone or to a landline number like what a 5G smartphone can do .

According to this article , landline   telephones/phones     made us happy and connected. Just imagine having a  15.6 inches 5G Cellular Tablet(regardless of the Operating System being used , regardless whether it is INTEL-based or ARM-based) like this or this , with telephone/phone   functionality that can give us crystal clear voice calls like a landline telephone using the technology Vo5G    together with the mobility to move from one place to another and with the ability to surf the Internet at break neck 5G speed , well it can be awesome .

In my opinion , as of today March 2025 , like 5G Laptops and 5G Smartphones , Tablets will still be around and especially 5G Tablets having a feature and the capability like a Laptop-Tablet-Smartphone hybrid .

Having said that , Tablets will still be very useful and Tablets is here to stay and with TikTok still around and well and alive , Tablets will not go away so soon.
