When subscribe to a Cellular Data Plan from an Internet Service Provider or a  Telco , a   5G Laptop WITH TELEPHONE FUNCTIONALITY LIKE A 5G  SMARTPHONE  must come with a phone number or a personal phone number and as a result we can make telephone calls to to any  landline  telephone/number  [ 1 ] and reply telephone calls from any  landline  telephone/number  [ 1 ] and make phone calls to any 5G smartphone and reply phone calls from any 5G smartphone  using  a   5G Laptop WITH TELEPHONE FUNCTIONALITY LIKE A 5G  SMARTPHONE.
