With the advent of 5G and IoT ,  hardware/software   manufacturers  of  all Windows-based laptops with INTEL  processors  and   hardware/software     manufacturers  of  all  Windows-based Laptops with ARM processors , should have  5G cellular connectivity that can make phone calls and reply phone calls just  like a  5G smartphone . A good example of an INTEL-based  Windows Laptop that can make phone calls and reply phone calls just  like a  5G smartphone , that i envisioned , is the machine shown here .
