Tethering a Laptop to a Smartphone_1

Tethering a Laptop to a Smartphone( MSI GP70 2PE to a  SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 9 ) , to a 4G smartphone or to a 5G smartphone , in my opinion , will not give good results. 

Take for example , if I tether my  Laptop(ACER R15 i7  "360 degrees foldable") to my Smartphone(SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 9) using "Mobile Hotspot"   method ,  that is , wirelessly , and if I do a speedtest with Ookla with my Smartphone( SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 9 ) in a particular location.  If I get  about 100 Mbps with my  Smartphone(   SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 9 ) , I will only get about half the speed and sometimes slightly more , more or less , with my Laptop(ACER R15 i7  "360 degrees foldable") , that is , about 50 Mbps.

Similarly , if I did the same test , but this time I use "USB Tethering", the speed is much better .   Let us say if I get 195 Mbps with my  Smartphone(SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 9) and on my  Laptop(ACER R15 i7  "360 degrees foldable") , I will get about 123 Mbps . The speed is much better and it is almost the same . The only snag is , there is a short wire dangling from our Laptop to our Smartphone because of the "USB Tethering" .

Please note that in order to get good results .  When we do the Ookla speed test on our Laptop , using the  "USB Tethering"  method ,  we have to execute the speedtest or press the speedtest  "GO"  button on our Smartphone first , then after that we do it similarly on our Laptop . But if we do it simultaneously , meaning , we press the   "GO"  button on our Smartphone and at the same time we also press the  "GO"  button on our Laptop , we will not good results.

This is one of several reasons I would prefer owning a  5G Cellular Laptop over a 5G smartphone and if the 5G Laptop can make   telephone calls and reply telephone calls like a 5G smartphone , it would be great , it would be awesome .  

I am looking forward , in one fine day , or in the not too distant future ,  ALL 5G LAPTOPS SOLD IN THE MARKET will be able to make   telephone   calls or reply telephone calls like a 5G smartphone, so that we do not have to rely too much on our 5G smarphone. 

Let us say , we have 2 units of  5G devices , a 5G Cellular Laptop(a 5G Laptop that can make  telephone  calls and reply  telephone  calls  just like a  5G smartphone) and a 5G smartphone and let us say currently we are sitting in front of our 5G Cellular Laptop(a 5G Laptop that can make  telephone  calls and reply  telephone  calls  just like a  5G smartphone) and doing some work on our 5G Cellular Laptop(a 5G Laptop that can make  telephone  calls and reply  telephone  calls  just like a  5G smartphone) something like this or this or this or this  and if  for instance we are lazy or too lazy to pick up a phone call on our 5G smartphone , we can always pick up or answer our phone call directly on our 5G Cellular Laptop(a 5G Laptop that can make  telephone  calls and reply  telephone  calls  just like a  5G smartphone).
