P.S.   In my opinion ,  ALL

          the chip/microprocessor/processor/SoC

          manufacturers ,  ALL the  Cellular Laptop ( 4G LTE

          or 5G )   manufacturers ,   ALL  the   OS providers  and

        ALL            the     carriers/telcos

           MUST  COLLABORATE WITH EACH  OTHER IN   

             ORDER TO PROVIDE   THE  CAPABILITIES  SO

         THAT  ALL    CELLULAR  LAPTOP ( 4G LTE or  5G )

         CAN OPERATE  LIKE  A   4G   SMARTPHONE ,  CAN

         OPERATE LIKE    A    5G  SMARTPHONE .
