Why 5G Laptop is better than 5G Smartphone ?

According to a PCMag article, there are several reasons why you might consider a 5G laptop over a 5G smartphone. One reason is convenience - Wi-Fi connectivity works only where you have Wi-Fi, which is typically a limited area. Cellular service, whether 4G or 5G, typically is available in a lot more places, so you can use it while on a train or in the back of a cab. You could use a smartphone as a mobile hotspot, but that’s awkward and takes battery life from the phone. Another reason is security. Wi-Fi spoofing is a common problem in places like airports, hotels, and coffee shops where a “man-in-the-middle” attack captures information transmitted over Wi-Fi before passing it on to the Internet. That’s much harder to do with today’s cellular connections. (Note I didn’t say impossible.)

In addition, XDA Developers suggests that adding cellular support to slim laptops is easier than ever with 5G support on mobile devices. This can make you more productive by ensuring a reliable and constant connection, saving time and effort.

However, it’s important to note that 5G laptops are not yet mainstream for most laptop buyers.
