In my opinion , for a real and a true  [ Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone(ALL-in-ONE) ]  machine  to be  successful ,    for a real      [ Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone ( ALL-in-   ONE ) ]  machine  to make their way into the real world ,  like for example   the   [ Planet Computer  15.6 inches  Touchscreen  Astro                "360 degrees foldable"  INTEL-based  Windows 10   5G Transformer with built-in DVD-RW Player ]    ,  the International

TelecommunicationUnion ,  the chip/SoC   manufacturers ,   the  Cellular Laptop

manufacturers , the  OS providers ,  the   carriers/telcos ,   MUST COLLABORATE

WITH EACH  OTHER IN  ORDER TO PROVIDE   THE  CAPABILITIES

 SO THAT  ALL    CELLULAR  LAPTOP ( 4G LTE or  5G )  CAN OPERATE

  LIKE  A   4G   SMARTPHONE ,  CAN OPERATE LIKE    A    5G  SMARTPHONE , eventually , our first 5G device should be a 5G  PC/Laptop  not a 5G smartphone because we can now make and take phone calls directly on our 5G  PC/Laptop.

Last but not least , in my opinion , the best smartphone technology in a PC/Laptop is still Windows on INTEL , not Windows on ARM .
