Windows Operating System or Linux Operating System or Google Chrome OS ,

in my opinion ,  is to make sure that

they have  phone/telephone  functionality just like a 4G  smartphone , just like

a 5G smartphone , that is , the ability to

make telephone calls

and receive telephone calls just like a 4G smartphone , just like a 5G smartphone .

The    hardware/software  manufacturer have always said that , the aim of   “ always-connected PCs “  is to bring smartphone features ( hardware/software features ) to computers/laptops , like all-day battery life or multiple-day battery life , like fast charging ( using cable or wireless ) , like able to see in bright

sunlight , constant 4G LTE connectivity  or  constant 5G  connectivity ,  reasonable-quality Front Facing Camera and Rear Facing Camera , beautiful/thin/slim/sleek design , etc., etc. 

Sad to say that ,  one important feature the  hardware/software   manufacturer   left  out or overlooked , is    phone/telephone     functionality  just like an Android  smartphone  .  With remote working becoming the new normal , this is one   smartphone feature(very important feature I must say)   that  no   hardware/software    manufacturer should left out in their
