use all these 3 ports simultaneously for cloning hard disk drive_GOOGLE Chrome OS

For the hard disk drive cloning process , 1 unit of full-size USB port is connected to an external DVD-RW drive (so that  we can insert a bootable Live  CD/DVD   like Clonezilla for cloning purposes) and the other 2 units of full-size USB port is connected to the SOURCE hard disk drive and the TARGET hard disk drive .  There are many solutions out there that can clone a hard disk drive without using a PC or a Laptop but if we can do with it a  15.6 inches  Chrome  Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone  hybrid
it would be great and it is definitely a bonus .  Perhaps  GOOGLE or the software developers could create apps or a System Utility that can clone hard disk drive with Chrome OS .
