Customer Service Engineer at Digital Equipment Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Responsible for field service calls which include installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of Philips Data Systems computer hardware (PHILIPS Printers, PHILIPS Banking Terminals, PHILIPS Word Processors, PHILIPS Automatic Teller Machines) and DIGITAL computer hardware (DIGITAL Personal Computers, DIGITAL servers, DIGITAL Workstations, DIGITAL printers). In the workshop I did attend to repairs on the module level and minor repairs on PCB component level. I am thankful to Allah SWT and it is by Allah's Grace, I have reached the pinnacle of my career, that is, from Computer Technician to Senior Computer Technician and finally to Customer Service Engineer / Field Customer Engineer. Frankly, today, if I were to start fresh somewhere, I would probably need some of those Diplomas or Degrees to get the job I have now or to get the job I am doing now.

For example , Linux Operating System KNOPPIX or Linux Operating SystemUbuntu 
which can boot from a USB Flash Drive or boot from an External USB Hard Disk Drive . It is very handy for  IT Technicians or  IT Engineers  or anyone who wishes to install other  Operating  Systems for hardware/software maintenance or troubleshooting purposes .

As usual , the  15.6 inches  Linux Smartphone  cannot receive incoming calls or make telephone calls when running other Operating Systems .  But after we have finish whatever we are doing with the other Operating Systems on the  15.6 inches Linux Smartphone  , then we have to  reboot/restart  the  15.6 inches  Linux  Smartphone  back to the original  15.6 inches  Linux Smartphone  OS  and then we are back to normal . Now , we can make phone calls , we can receive phone calls , we can send sms , we can WhatsApp , we can WeChat , we can watch YouTube/Videos/Movies , we can connect to printers , we can connect to scanners , and a long list of everything the PC can do ……..…….. we can also do with our  15.6 inches  Linux Smartphone (15.6 inches  Linux   Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone   hybrid).

Norizan and grandma Fatimah binti Ya'cob

Norizan and grandma , Fatimah binti Ya'kob .  Photo taken on March 1959 at the Waterfall Garden .  If I am not wrong this Waterfall Garden could be the Penang Botanical Garden Waterfall in 1959 . As of today ,   1st.June2018 , I cannot confirm this .  After my mom , Aminah binti Hussain ,  gave birth to me  on  17th.October 1957 ,  she went to England to accompany my father  , Hassan bin Din ,  who was taking a musical course in England .at the Royal Military School of Music ,  Knellar Hall .  After my mom went to  England  ,  I was being taken care of by my maternal grandmother ,  Fatimah binti Ya'kob .
