                     MUST

             COLLABORATE WITH EACH  OTHER  IN   ORDER

                   TO PROVIDE   THE  CAPABILITIES  SO  THAT 

           ALL    CELLULAR  LAPTOP ( 4G LTE or  5G )

•       CAN OPERATE  LIKE  A   4G   SMARTPHONE , 

        CAN  OPERATE   LIKE    A
