Can I make   phone calls (voice calls and video calls) with  Windows 10  5G  Laptop ?

I am  planning to buy a  machine , I am planning to buy a 5G Laptop  which is equipped with a SIM Card Slot .  I have a few machines on my mind [ 1 2 3 ] . 

I want to remove the SIM Card from my 5G smartphone and insert it into the 5G Laptop .

Will I be able to make phone calls with the 5G Laptop (not by using Skype, not by using WhatsApp , but by utilizing plain GSM) ?

So, does the Windows 5G Laptop app allow me to make/take phone calls using the SIM card's 5G smartphone registration data?
