Tethering(with respect to 5G) is using your 5G smartphone mobile data to connect to another Smartphone(which have no Internet access), to connect to another Laptop(which have no Internet access), to connect to another Tablet(which have no Internet access), to connect to another PC/Desktop(which have no Internet access), using WiFi or Bluetooth or USB , for the purpose of sharing "High Speed Internet Connection"  at 5G speed.
