A 15.6 inches Cellular Tablet ( with Front Facing Camera and Rear Facing Camera ) cannot be designed/manufactured too light because when taking “ photos/photograph “ and “ recording videos “ with our hands , on a breezy day , on a windy day , the 15.6 inches Cellular Tablet will become not stable and the output of the “ photography session “ or the “ video recording session “ will be not that nice . So , having a built-in DVD-RW Player which attaches to the 15.6 inches Cellular Tablet , will add some weight to the 15.6 inches Cellular Tablet , and this will make the 15.6 inches Cellular Tablet more stable during a “ photography session “ or a “ video recording session “ on a windy day , when we use our hands on the Tablet .
