A strong processor/microprocessor like INTEL Core i7 or whatever should be used inside the  NOKIA  15.6 inches   INTEL-based   Windows  10    Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone ( ALL-in-ONE ) .  It does not have to be the latest or the greatest  i7  processor/microprocessor but as long as the  NOKIA   15.6 inches  INTEL-based     Windows  10  Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone ( ALL-in-ONE )    do not
stutter/lag/slowdown/hang/crash   when doing multitasking jobs like below , it would be fine .
