My   vision/version/impression    of a   5G USB Dongle [ 1 1 2 3 4 5 ] or a  5G USB Stick [ 1 1 2 3 4 5 ] is that , it is a device when plugged or inserted into any traditional  PC/Desktop(any PC/Desktop of our choice that do not have 5G) or any  traditional Laptop(any Laptop or older laptop models of our choice that do not have 5G) or any traditional Tablet(any Tablet or older Tablet models of our choice that do not have 5G) or any 4G smartphone, we can use that traditional  PC/Desktop or  Laptop or Tablet or 4G smartphone to access Internet at 5G speed [ 1 ] and at the same time we   can make phone calls and reply phone calls just like a 5G smartphone using voice over 5G , directly on that PC/Desktop or Laptop or  Tablet , or 4G smartphone , without the need to configure the 5G USB Dongle , without the need to configure the 5G USB Stick .

The  5G USB Dongle or  5G USB Stick have a  built-in 5G modem [ 1 2  ] and  can support various major Operating Systems, like for example Windows Operating System , Linux Operating System and  Android Operating System.   For instance when we  subscribe to a  Cellular Data Plan [ 1 ]  from an Internet Service Provider  that come with a phone number or a personal phone number for the  5G USB Dongle or  5G USB Stick , and when we inserted or plugged in the  5G USB Dongle or  5G USB Stick into the  PC/Desktop or  Laptop or Tablet or 4G smartphone ,  the  5G USB Dongle or  5G USB Stick  will upgrade the  PC/Desktop or  Laptop or Tablet or  4G smartphone  to 5G smart devices immediately and at the same time   a phone dialer will be  automatically created  inside the  PC/Desktop or  Laptop or Tablet or 4G smartphone , regardless of the Operating System being used inside them .   After that we can  dial a phone number on the  PC/Desktop Touchscreen or on the  Laptop Touchscreen or on the Tablet Touchscreen or on the 4G smartphone   Touchscreen  just like what we do on our 5G smartphone , so much so that we can use that  PC/Desktop or  Laptop or Tablet or 4G smartphone   to make phone calls to someone or to anyone or to a  landline telephone  using   his/her   phone number  and we can also use that   PC/Desktop or  Laptop or Tablet or 4G smartphone   to   answer/reply phone calls  from someone or  from  anyone or from a   landline telephone , directly on that  PC/Desktop or  Laptop or Tablet or 4G smartphone ,  just like we do on our  5G smartphone .  

Furthermore , the 5G SIM Card of the   5G USB Dongle or a  5G USB Stick  must be interchangeable and can be swapped back and forth  with another  Android 5G smartphone , or with another Android 5G  Laptop , or with another Android 5G Tablet, or with another Android 5G Folding Smartphone , so much so that if we were to remove the  5G SIM Card  from the  5G USB Dongle or a  5G USB Stick and insert it inside another  5G Laptop or another 5G Tablet or another  5G Smartphone , or another 5G Folding Smartphone , we should be able to  make phone calls and reply phone calls just like we do on our  5G smartphone ,  on our   5G  Laptop , on our  5G  Tablet , on our  5G smartphone and on our  5G  Folding Smartphone .     

With   a   5G  USB Dongle or a 5G USB Stick that can do like that ,  we should be able to use our    traditional  PC/Desktop(any PC/Desktop of our choice that do not have 5G) or any  traditional Laptop(any Laptop or older laptop models of our choice that do not have 5G) or any traditional Tablet(any Tablet or older Tablet models of our choice that do not have 5G) or any 4G smartphone,  as a full featured   5G   phone/Smartphone.  

As of today April 2024 with the advent of 5G , implementing  a  voice-calling feature  in a   PC/Desktop , or in a Laptop or in a Tablet just like a  5G smartphone , in my opinion ,  is not  an extra fancy feature anymore and , it should be standard in all 5G Laptops("360 degrees foldable"   or   " detachable") and all 5G Tablets sold in the market today  , regardless of the Operating System being used , regardless of the  SoC(System on Chip) being used , regardless of the microprocessor being used , and regardless of screen size.
