On the hardware side , perhaps we can implement a  hardware switch on the keyboard or make some sort of a switch near the   5G  Laptop  ON/OFF button  in order to enable or disable  the  5G  Cellular Radio so that  incoming calls can  be enable or disable .

On the software side , perhaps we can implement a  GUI ( Graphical User Interface ) in the Operating System of the 5G Laptop  , just like an Android smartphone , in order to enable or disable the 5G Cellular Radio so that incoming calls can be enable or disable .
