With respect to the GUI  above , move the mouse pointer to the  .deb  package

Then , that  .deb package  will be downloaded onto the  folder as shown below :

After that insert the   TPLINK Archer T4U  AC1300  Wireless Dual Band  USB 3.0  Adapter  onto the  Personal Computer   USB Port ( USB 2.0 or  USB 3.0 ) ,  and we can see a  " Green Light "  flickering , meaning , it is ready to be connected to our  " Home Wireless Router "  or our
" Home Wireless Access Point "   and it is ready for Internet  access .
