Physical Appearance : The 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone , that I envisioned , can have the physical appearance of a Laptop , like for example , the [ 15.6 inches Touchscreen " 360 degrees foldable " INTEL-based Windows 10 5G Cellular Laptop with built-in DVD-RW Player ] machine OR it [ can have the physical appearance of a 5G Tablet with built-in DVD-RW Player ]
IF THE 15.6 INCHES WINDOWS SMARTPHONE LOOKS LIKE A LAPTOP , then the 15.6 inches Windows Laptop should be thin (not too thin because it has to accommodate a DVD-RW Player) like a Windows Smartphone and at the same time the 15.6 inches Windows Laptop should be foldable 360 degrees OR detachable , so that the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone can be turn into a 15.6 inches Windows Tablet or it can turn into a 15.6 inches Windows Laptop . A good example is the

IF THE 15.6 INCHES WINDOWS SMARTPHONE LOOKS LIKE A TABLET , then the Windows Tablet should be thin (not too thin because it has to accommodate a DVD-RW Player) and light and it should have a 15.6 inches screen size . Also , the Windows Tablet should have at least 3 units of full-size USB 2.0 or 3 units of full-size USB 3.0 and all the necessary hardware specifications mentioned below .
Regardless whether the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone looks like a Laptop or it looks like a Tablet , regardless whether the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone is thin or light , the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone must have at least 3 units of full-size USB port . The reason is that we can use the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone for hard disk drive cloning , that is , 1 unit of full-size USB port is connected to a DVD-RW drive (so that we can insert a bootable Live CD like Clonezilla for cloning purposes) and the other 2 units of full-size USB port is connected to the SOURCE hard disk drive and the TARGET hard disk drive .
P.S. Let us say for the sake of elegance , or appearance , or
because the hardware/software manufacturer want to make
the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone (THE 15.6 INCHES
WINDOWS SMARTPHONE THAT LOOKS LIKE A
LAPTOP) thin and light and sleek and they decided not to
include USB ports inside the 15.6 inches

they can do is , they can always include a Docking Station (or
a dongle ) with all the necessary ports inside the Docking
Station (or the dongle ).
Connecting an external DVD-RW to the Docking Station (or
the dongle ) and connecting the Docking Station (or
the dongle ) to the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone
(THE 15.6 INCHES WINDOWS SMARTPHONE THAT
LOOKS LIKE A LAPTOP) and then insert a Clonezilla
bootable Live CD inside the external DVD-RW and then
reboot the 15.6 inches Windows Smartphone

cloning the hard disks (the SOURCE and the TARGET) that
were attached to the Docking Station (or the dongle ) .

CPU Architect . But if if is possible , the benefits are
worth it . The combination of INTEL i7 processor and Snapdragon 835 processor should make the cellular laptop (Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone hybrid) an incredible multitasking machine , so that when doing multitasking jobs like below , the cellular laptop do not stutter/lag/slowdown/hang/crash .

MACHINE FOR WORK AND PLAY AND THIS IS THE
DEVICE FOR EVERYTHING . IT IS A VERY GOOD
SOLUTION , I ONLY CARRY ONE DEVICE AND I DO
NOT HAVE TO CARRY SO MANY DEVICES FOR MY
LAPTOP/TABLET/SMARTPHONE NEEDS . I DO NOT
HAVE TO CARRY 3 ITEMS . I ONLY CARRY
ONE ITEM . I ONLY CARRY ONE 15.6 INCHES
WINDOWS SMARTPHONE . ANYWAY , IT IS MANY
TIME BETTER TO CARRY THIS THAN TO CARRY
THIS . IF THERE IS A HARDWARE/SOFTWARE
MANUFACTURER THAT IS WILLING TO MAKE
THIS KIND OF DEVICE , IT IS WORTH WAITING
FOR . I THINK THIS A STEP IN THE RIGHT
DIRECTION .
I THINK THIS IS THE FUTURE .

MANUFACTURER WILLING TO MAKE THIS
15.6 INCHES WINDOWS SMARTPHONE , FOR
