a bluetooth USB dongle first on the MSI GP70 laptop as shown below

BLUEMAN package using Synaptic Package Manager as shown below .
BLUEMAN package is a GUI tool for pairing bluetooth devices.

PULSEAUDIO package using Synaptic Package Manager as shown below .

PULSEAUDIO-MODULE-BLUETOOTH package using Synaptic Package Manager
as shown below .

PAVUCONTROL package using Synaptic Package Manager as shown below .
After
that logout and login from the Linux Desktop as shown below
Then
press the small button on the PHILIPS Bluetooth Speaker until it says
“ SHOQBOX
READY FOR PAIRING “ , as shown below . The small button is on the same surface area with the Volume Knob with the PHILIPS logo on it .
Run
the BLUETOOTH MANAGER app ( move the mouse pointer to
'
Preferences ' and then to ' Bluetooth Manager ' and then Click
'
Bluetooth Manager ' once ) , then , we are presented with a screen as
shown below
Move
the mouse pointer to the top left hand corner of the laptop display
and Click ' Search ' , then , we are presented with a display
as shown below
Move
the mouse pointer to SHOQBOX SB7200 SERIES , then , left-click the
SHOQBOX SB7200 SERIES to highlight it , then , right-click the mouse at the highlighted area and then move the mouse pointer to the " Connect " button and then left-click the " Connect " button and then we are presented with the display , as shown below .
