A 15.6 inches 5G smartphone or a 5G smartphone with a diagonal screen size of 15.6 inches will not be able to replace a Laptop or a 5G Laptop if it keeps improving even in the future !
A 15.6 inches 5G smartphone or a 5G smartphone with a diagonal screen size of 15.6 inches will not be able to replace a Laptop or a 5G Laptop even if it keeps improving in the future !
In my opinion , many Senior Citizens or many people or many consumers will use their Smartphone or Folding Smartphone or their Tablet or their Laptop AS THEIR ONLY COMPUTER when they can have these two things in their machines , when they can have these two things in their devices :
- a large screen size , 15.6 inches
- and telephone/phone functionality like a 5G smartphone.
These two features , I believe , are powerful enough to satisfy many Senior Citizens , many consumers , many people's primary computing device because these two features will make a Smartphone or a Folding Smartphone or a Tablet or a Laptop become a Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone(ALL-in-ONE) machine or 3-in-ONE machine which they can use for :
- Surfing the Internet
- Reading news and looking up Information
When will a smartphone be able to replace a laptop if it keeps improving even in the future?

This is my normal desktop today, I am comparing the source code from two versions of the same website. I have about 7 browser tabs open and 2 developers tools open in Chrome. I also have open MS Outlook, my service call planner, Notepad++, Visual Studio and File explorer and I am skiving on Quora.
When you can use all that practically on a Mobile phone then I will relent my desktop computer and 2 x 22 inch monitors, not even a laptop is much use to me. I have an identical setup at home too!
I would get nothing at all done with a smartphone!
